Hi guys. My Note 4 fingerprint stopped working and requested for back up password that I don't remember. After a few attempts, it gave me the option to sign in with my google credentials. When I try my google sign on, it gives me incorrect username or password. I tried 1) changing my google password 2) using my email without the @gmail.com 3) my email with @gmail.com. All these did not resolve the problem - I still get the incorrect username or password. I have pictures and docs that I have not backed up before I was locked out so I don't want to doa factory reset. Can anyone help. I am desperate. Thanks
