I purchased Samsung S5 and the phone fell in a small bucket 10 litres of water, immediately picked up the phone and upon drying up, the phone could not read the simcard and now i am told it erased the IMEI and i need to replace PBA. I wan to understand the water resistance/proof and also the claim tha after falling into a pull of water for 30 minutes it would still function.

It's better you contact Samsung Customer Care number using the above number. According to Samsung it is "Water resistant up to 1 meter and 30 minutes"

Dear Samsung,

I purchased a note 3 from KSA Axiom. When i travelled to India for my vacations I was unable to use my mobile. It said SIM network Unlock PIN

Due to this I could not use my Samsung Note 3. I had to go back to my favorite mobile Blackberry. I have HTC & Blackberry but I never face such kind of foolish issue. I am travelling to many places but Blackberry & HTC never said SIM is network locked or unlocked.

This is the 1st time I faced this foolish situation due to which I couldn't use my mobile in India. I am unable to understand what is this SIM lock ??

When you buy the mobile you should be able to use this anywhere in the world. Please help me unlock this.

Its a waste of money if I cant use this anywhere in the world except the place I purchase.

I wanted to change myself from Blackberry customer to Samsung customer but I think its not worth changing. I should use HTC OR Blackberry but not Samsung because Samsung is working on different mind.

Dear friend, we are not at all connected with Samsung Electronics. SamsungSFour.Co m is a tech blog to help the Samsung Galaxy Smartphone users, please contact Samsung Mobile Customer Service centers by using the above contact numbers to address your issue to Samsung.
